No children under 10 are allowed unless being serviced, for the courtesy of others.
All clients have a 15 minute grace period. However, there will be a $5 Late Fee thereafter. Clients are subject to reschedule after 30 minutes late.
We truly understand that emergencies may occur. However, we ask that for the courtesy of staff and others, a 24-hour cancellation notice be given. This allows staff to rearrange their schedule accordingly. Clients who do not cancel within 24 hours are subject to a cancellation fee of $25, which will be due before rescheduling.
